Over 20 years of designing and building interiors in Singapore, with two carpentry factories of our own. The line on our logo is the whole brief: make it concrete.
An idea is cheap. Building it is the job.
Anyone can produce a beautiful render. The difficult part is the hundred decisions between that image and a finished room — the ones about tolerance, sequence, what a material actually does at a junction, and what a budget will genuinely carry.
So we kept design and build inside the same company, and the carpentry in two factories of our own. The person who drew the detail is the person who has to make it work on the bench, and that changes what gets drawn in the first place.
Homes, retail, and everything between.
Our work runs from HDB and condominium homes through to retail, F&B and themed commercial spaces — including boutiques for Bottega Veneta and Miu Miu in Bangkok. The scale changes; the way a project is run does not.

Walk the space
We measure it, and we listen to how it actually has to work — who moves through it, what it has to hold, what it has to say. A brief gets sharper standing in the room than it ever does on a call.
Draw it properly
Layout, materials, lighting and joinery resolved together. You see the room, and what it costs, before anybody commits to building it.
Build it
The company that drew it runs the site, so the trades arrive in the right order and a thirty-millimetre problem gets solved on the bench instead of in your finished room.
Hand it over
Snagging, cleaning and a walk-through together. We would rather find the three small things ourselves than have you find them later.
