Before you write.
Do you take on both the design and the build?
Yes. You can take design and build together, bring us a design you already have and let us build it, or take design only. All three are normal for us.
Do you work on homes, or only commercial?
Both. Our work runs from HDB and condominium homes through to retail, F&B and themed commercial spaces.
How long will my project take?
It depends on the space and the scope. You get a written schedule together with the quotation, before anything is committed — we would rather give you a real date than a brochure number.
Can you work outside Singapore?
Yes. Our retail work includes projects delivered in the region as well as in Singapore.
What do you need from me in order to quote?
The floor plan if you have one, the address or unit type, and a rough idea of what you want the space to do. Photographs of it as it stands help a lot.
